  • 1.5 tbsp Chopped fresh ginger

  • 3 Garlic

  • 6 tbsp Soy sauce

  • 1 zest Lime

  • 1.5 tbsp Sesame seeds

  • 3 Shallot

Préparation

Prepare the ingredients.

  • 4g Chicken
  • 3tbsp Sesame oil
  • 2tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1.5tbsp Chopped fresh ginger
  • 3 Garlic
  • 6tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1zest Lime
  • 1.5tbsp Sesame seeds
  • 3 Shallot

Pour 250 ml of water into the pan.

Place the steamer basket containing the chicken in the pan.
