  • 200 g Warm water

  • 200 g Milk

  • 80 g Melted butter

  • 2 Eggs

  • 250 g Pastry flour

  • 60 g Caster sugar

  • 2 g Salt

  • 10 g Baking powder

  • 12 g Matcha tea powder

Préparation

Etape 1 /4

Pour the water, milk, melted butter and eggs into the mixer bowl. Add the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and matcha. Close the lid. Mix on a medium speed for 30 seconds.

Using a spatula, scrape the inside of the bowl and mix again on medium speed for 30 seconds until the dough is smooth.

Heat the waffle maker. Make the waffles according to the instructions. Adjust the quantity of batter to the size of the waffle plates. Repeat until you have used all of the batter.

Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and red berries.
