  • 720 g Rump steak, sliced

  • 1.5 Chopped garlic

  • 1.5 tsp Grated fresh ginger

  • 9 cl Salted soy sauce

  • 9 cl Mirin

  • 3 tbsp Peanut oil

  • 2 Onion

  • 6 Soft boiled eggs

  • 4 Chopped green onion(s)

Prepare the ingredients.

  • 300g Washed Japanese rice
  • 60cl Water
  • 720g Rump steak, sliced
  • 1.5 Chopped garlic
  • 1.5tsp Grated fresh ginger
  • 9cl Salted soy sauce
  • 9cl Mirin
  • 3tbsp Peanut oil
  • 2 Onion
  • 6 Soft boiled eggs
  • 4 Chopped green onion(s)

Add the water and rice to the bowl.

  • 300g Washed Japanese rice
  • 60cl Water

Set the rice aside.

Mix the beef, garlic, ginger, half the soy sauce and mirin in a bowl.

  • 720g Rump steak, sliced
  • 1.5 Chopped garlic
  • 1.5tsp Grated fresh ginger
  • 9cl Salted soy sauce
  • 9cl Mirin

Heat the oil and brown the onions.

  • 3tbsp Peanut oil
  • 2 Onion

Add the beef and fry for 2 minutes.

Add the remaining soy sauce and mirin.

Serve with the rice, eggs and green onions.
