  • 120 g Steamed potatoes

  • 50 g Steamed carrots

  • 75 g Salted peanuts

  • 25 cl Soy milk

  • 20 cl Vegetable stock

  • 3 tbsp Tapioca flour

  • 2 tbsp Malted yeast

  • 3 tbsp Lemon juice

  • 1 tsp Miso

  • 1 tsp Mustard powder

  • 0.5 tsp Paprika

  • 0.5 tsp Onion powder

  • 0.5 tsp Garlic powder

  • 0.5 tsp Salt

  • 900 g Tteokbokkis (Korean rice cakes)

Préparation

Etape 1 /3

Place all the ingredients except the salt and tteokbokkis in the mixer bowl. Close the lid. Mix on medium speed for 2 minutes.

Etape 2 /3

Cook the tteokbokkis in a pan of water for about 6 minutes, adjusting the cooking time according to the instructions on the packet. Drain and set aside.

Etape 3 /3

Put the sauce in a frying pan and cook for 3 min. Taste and add salt if necessary. Add the tteokboukis. If the sauce seems too thick, add a little water. Serve immediately.
