70 g Sour apples Fuji or Pink Lady)
9 cl Soy sauce
2 tbsp Sugar
0.5 tsp Ground ginger
25 g Chopped garlic
1 tbsp Neutral oil
6 cl Mirin
1 tsp White sesame seeds
2 tbsp Sesame oil
Préparation

Peel the apple. Remove the seeds and cut into small pieces.

Put the apple pieces in the mixer bowl. Add the soy sauce, sugar, ginger and chopped garlic. Close the lid and blend on medium speed for 2 minutes. Using a spatula, scrape the inside of the bowl and mix again at medium speed for 30 seconds until smooth.

Pour the mixture into a frying pan and cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly to thicken. Remove from heat, pour into a bowl and leave to cool.

Before serving, sprinkle with sesame seeds and sesame oil.
